Our passion is combining the Old World quality of small batch production and hands-on manufacturing with a broad and innovative product line to give you items that will excite you, your friends and family, and anyone else you want to cook for. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients (sourced locally, whenever possible) in our filled pasta, cut pasta, extruded pasta, gnocchi, pizza dough, sauces and classic lasagnas. Our mission is to be up with, if not ahead of customer and food trends, so we complement our year-round line up of great products with the introduction of unique seasonal items that often become year round favorites.
